About the Role
In this full-time position based in Southport, you will provide support to Senior Project Engineers and contribute to all stages of the structural design process. You will gain valuable experience using industry-standard software while working on challenging and rewarding projects. Our development program provides ongoing mentorship, clear performance expectations, and opportunities for professional growth, all leading you toward professional registration (RPEQ/NER/CPEng).
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 1-4 years of relevant post-graduate experience in Structural Engineering.
- Possesses an understanding of Structural Engineering principles and materials.
- Has developed a working knowledge of Australian standards and structural engineering design codes.
- Has some experience with Structural Engineering analysis and design software and has familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Has excellent communication and time management skills.
- Is a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Possesses a passion for delivering creative, cost-effective, and compliant Structural Engineering solutions.
