AddressAirline Training Solutions are seeking expressions of interest for a number of casual/contract roles related to flight simulator training and support in various flight simulators in Australia, primarily Sydney (near Mascot), expected to commence in mid-March 2022. The first roles are for B737-800/NG.
About Us
The company and associated entities will provide flight simulators to the industry, and aviation training in flight simulators at the professional/airline pilot level (CPL and ATPL etc).
Flight simulators will also be available to Pilots on a Dry hire basis to create their own business.
A GA single/multi-engine simulator will also be available in Sydney to private pilots, flying schools, and other GA operators.
Applicants
Australian airline (Captain or FO) and military pilots with multi-crew experience with working rights in Australia are encouraged to apply.
We are looking for people with the right fit and will consider mentoring or training to upgrade required skills or qualifications for the right person.
Note: As training is conducted only in flight simulators, a CASA Medical Certificate is not required for any roles.
Simulator Instructors and Support Pilots: Boeing B737-NG, B767, B787
Experience and qualifications
- Hold an Australian CPL or ATPL.
- Type rating related to the roles
- 1000 hours total time, 2000 hours for HOO and FE
- 500 hours in multi-crew airline type operations,
- Held a multi-engine Instrument rating
- Flight instructor or simulator instructor rating (not required for support pilots)
Note: Applicants who hold a PPL and working towards a CPL and have an interest and knowledge of flight simulators may be considered for some roles.
Desirable qualifications:
- Airline training experience, type ratings, check and training etc
- Flight simulator training experience
- Experience in Multi Engine Instrument Rating Training
