Your new company
HAYS Office Support is currently working with a number of large organisations across Engineering, Architecture, Property, Insurance, Legal and Accounting industries seeking temporary staff to start ASAP. Assignments will vary in length from 1 week - 6 months.
Your new role
You will be responsible for ad hoc support duties including:
- Front of house functions, welcoming customers, answering phone, email and in-person queries
- Organising catering for meetings
- Ensuring meeting rooms are set up and AV is in working order
- Maintaining office presentation and stationary levels
- Banking, Mail and liaising with couriers
- Data entry / updating spreadsheets
- General reports and presentation preparation
- Coordinating travel and accommodation
- Reconciling expenses
- Other office support duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous corporate office experience, be reliable, punctual and able to commence at short notice. You will be able to provide recent/ relevant references, have exceptional communication and organisational skills and present professionally.
