About the Role
The Employee Assistance Consultant provides services which proactively support the mental health and wellbeing of our customers. We’re seeking qualified Social Workers and psychologists who are able to respond to a variety of client mental health support needs. Minimum 3 years’ experience in short-term counselling and working with clients at risk.

Part-Time Fixed-Term - Maternity Leave
- Initial: 4 Days
Per Week (0.8FTE)
· Transition to: 3 days per week (0.6FTE) starting in October 2024We are looking for individuals who:
· Are caring, compassionate and driven to make a positive difference in people's lives
· Have had experience in a relevant role, along with the relevant qualification and registrations.
· Is able to build rapport with people
· Have demonstrated ability to manage own time, priorities and workload factors
· Are knowledgeable, proactive, quick thinking
· A current driver's license and if relevant, your own vehicle
