Your role within our dedicated Recovery Connect program, will allow you to:
- Put to good use your knowledge of the issues that are faced by vulnerable people
- Facilitate referrals to other relevant services and walk alongside the person as they access these services or available government funding
- Provide high-quality, person-centred assistance
- Understand and provide information on services available for those impacted

We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in health, psychology, social work, social science or social welfare, health promotion, community engagement, personal support or similar
- Experience providing high quality customer-centred individual and/or family recovery support, strengthening capacity and/or case management
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with all people to ensure effective relationships
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work
