The RolesMonford Group are seeking Expressions of Interests for WHSE Advisors and Senior WHSE Advisors ahead of upcoming projects. This opportunity will be a FIFO, 3/1 roster with Brisbane as the point of hire. It is an exciting time for MFG and an opportunity for you to join various construction projects located across Australia. Some of the key functions will include;Support the Corporate WHSE Manager and Project WHSE Manager to identify any gap in systems and proceduresFacilitate project risk assessments and reviewsPassionate about positive change, behavioural safety, and safety differentlyTake ownership of site suite of WHSE documentationEnsure incidents and injuries are fully investigated and provide recommendations to prevent recurrenceInterpret safety data, identifying trends and take a proactive approach to solving any issuesBe a strong influencer and communicator, building capacity within the site operational leaders to enable them to foster the desired safety cultureAs a Senior, provide guidance and support to WHSE AdvisorsBe highly visible on site, prioritising interactions / observations to engage our employees and contractors in Monford…
