Our client is a leading showroom offering sleep advice, mattresses, adjustable beds, and mobility aids for both medical and non-medical needs. Located in the heart of Balwyn, they are seeking a vibrant and customer-focused individual and who provides exceptional service and support to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist customers as they arrive for appointments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both walk-in customers and during appointments.
- Assist consultants before, during, and after appointments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage scheduling, including client appointments and communication through email.
- Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the team.
- Strong customer service orientation, with particular empathy towards customers with mobility issues.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with general computer use.
- Prior experience in beds, mobility, or assistive technology sectors is beneficial, but not required.
