Expression of Interest - Workforce Scheduler
As a Workforce Scheduler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our team members regarding rostering, payroll and policy related queries to achieve a one stop guest service solution.
This is an expression of interest to create a talent pool for our future Workforce Schedulers.
Full-time opportunities for Sydney!
Your day to day will involve:

  • Update rosters to coordinate daily operational staffing requirements
  • Ensure inbox and messaging systems requests are actioned on daily basis
  • Prepare and finalise time files for payroll processing with high level of accuracy
  • Ensuring all allocated rostered team members records are accurate and maintained in the rostering database, including leave, absenteeism, turnover and resignations
  • Provide exceptional guest service to the team member base, on rostering, time and attendance payroll and policy related queries

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Prior experience in a Workforce scheduling or rostering environment
  • Keen interest in recording polices & procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • High level attention to detail and strong customer service skills
  • Availability to work across 7 days
