- Develop robust schedules, applying a deep understanding of the contract, scope of work, estimate, and procurement/contracting plan for the assigned project.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define requirements, scope, timelines, strategies, and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly and effectively, minimising disruptions to project timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognised institution.
- Over 5 years of experience in performing planning and scheduling, with related construction field experience.
- Strong oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 MS Project & Power BI.
- Hands-on knowledge of schedule risk analysis software such as Primavera Risk Analysis would be an asset.
- Additional experience in project reporting, cost control, procurement, contract administration, and construction management support would be considered an asset.
- Authorization to lawfully work in Australia.
