- Minimum 5+ years of relevant Data Migration experience and relevant professional (industry) qualifications.
- Strong work experience in ERP Finance Data Migration and data management
- In-depth knowledge and experience using a range of Data Migration tools.
- Experience in developing Functional Specifications & Data Modelling, Data Migration Plans, Data Migration Deployment Strategies.
- Proven experience defining the Data Migration strategy including data cleansing approach and data quality guidelines.
- Ability to develop and manage all aspects of the Data Migration effort, including the plans, interdependencies, schedule, budget, tools and required personnel.
- Ability to convert data and related techniques to acquire data needed to support testing, training and other application development activities.
- Previous experience supporting large-scale conversion efforts, including cut over and transition to production. Large government agency experience an advantage.
- Experience in data governance related e.g. data quality, data profiling, and transformation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience and excellent verbal and written communication and people skills.
- Very Good Communication Skills.
