We are currently seeking an ERP IT Manager to oversee the continual enhancement and reliable operation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Role Overview: The ERP IT Manager is responsible for ensuring the continual availability, security, and future sustainability of our Business Information Technology Systems. This role involves managing the ERP systems used by employees to plan and process financial transactions and operations in a logical, transparent, and secure manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the uptime and reliability of all ERP software modules, both on-premise and in the cloud.
- Implement regular updates to software modules to enhance features and security.
- Maintain software for seamless data sharing between various processes.
- Develop and implement disaster management and backup redundancy protocols.
- Operate a help desk system for efficient issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement of software capabilities based on changing requirements.
- Provide key user training and support.
- Ensure secure access to cloud instances and establish user access protocols.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all functional areas within the ERP
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors
- Manage system downtime with optimal intervention and resolution strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with internal departments
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong experience in ERP and IT systems administration and operation.
- Specific experience with ERP and Python interfaces.
- Previous experience within manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Leadership skills and ability to take ownership of ERP and business systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Performance Metrics:
- Successful implementation of ERP projects within budget and timeline.
- Zero data loss and uninterrupted system operations.
- Ensuring data security and preventing disruptions to operations.
This role will be full time in the office and a medical will be required.
