Improving Lives.About the role:This role is responsible for delivering Supply Chain IT solutions and services to both internal and external customers for specific segments.How does the day look like?

• Managing the tender and new business pipeline of IT solutions for DHL Supply Chain Australia
• Being accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of IT services and components that align with the country's strategy and sector-specific needs.
• Designing Supply Chain IT solutions with strong focus on scalable and standardized (where possible) design, along with focuses on digitalization and innovation to maximize the benefit to DHL and our customers.
• Building, leading, and driving a focused team culture on continuous improvement.
• Ensuring coordination between team members, stakeholders, and other departments is right at first for the successful delivery of the IT solutions.
• Creating and presenting compelling business cases to DHL and customer senior management.
• Coordinating demand versus supply with the IT solution delivery team and our vendors.

What skills can make you fit for the role?

• 10+ years Supply Chain IT.
• Expertise in maintaining effective relationships with customers.
• Experience establishing high performance environment.
• Consultative approach-Provide advice and recommendations to address client needs.
• Program Management-Identify, plan, coordinate and manage interdependencies within set of related projects that need support of specific business strategies and objectives.
• Functional competency-Analyze and coordinate relationships with and between stakeholders.
• Good communications and presentations skills.
