About the Role
To support the ERP Systems Manager by assisting with the smooth running of the ERP systems and related applications for all the required departments to enhance the Supagas users experience and with setting priorities and managing workflow. Based in our Sydney branch located in Ingleburn. 
Key responsibilities and duties:

• Embody the ‘Yes we can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities.
• Adopt and promote a safety-first mindset.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ERP system technical requirements.
• Collaborate with the ERP team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
• Conducting analysis, configuration, and testing of ERP-related changes. Ensuring modifications are carried out in full, designed and implemented to meet and satisfy the initial intention and that testing is conducting to ensure modifications are robust and without error or issue.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and usability.
• Create and maintain documentation related to the ERP configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Other tasks and duties as required from time to time.

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Pronto-Xi ERP System, specific modules include:
  • o Finance (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger)
  • o Customer Relationship Management
  • o Inventory
  • o Manufacturing
  • o Purchase Orders
  • o Sales Orders
  • o Service
  • o Project
  • o Maintenance Management
• Prior experience using IBM Cognos BI (including Report Studio)
• Prior experience with logistics scheduling applications.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience supporting ERP systems and its integration points.
• Degree in computing or equivalent is preferred.
• Working knowledge of API’s and web services.
