The Company Well known not for profit, healthcare business with an established presence across Australia. The Role The ESG Manager will be responsible for driving the sustainability initiatives for the business. Key duties for this role will include, but are not limited to: · Developing and implementing an ESG strategy aligned with industry best practice and the company objectives.· Identifying opportunities to minimise environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices across operations.· Driving initiatives to enhance social impact (community engagement, D&I programs, employee welfare and philanthropic activities.· Establishing high standards of corporate governance, ethics, and transparency to comply with regulatory environment.· Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to communicate ESG initiatives· Developing and maintaining systems for tracking, measuring, and reporting on key ESG metrics and performance indicators.
