The Role
The ESG Manager will be responsible for driving the sustainability initiatives for the business. Key duties for this role will include, but are not limited to:
· Developing and implementing an ESG strategy aligned with industry best practice and the company objectives.
· Identifying opportunities to minimise environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices across operations.
· Driving initiatives to enhance social impact (community engagement, D&I programs, employee welfare and philanthropic activities.
· Establishing high standards of corporate governance, ethics, and transparency to comply with regulatory environment.
· Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to communicate ESG initiatives
· Developing and maintaining systems for tracking, measuring, and reporting on key ESG metrics and performance indicators.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will show:
· Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Environmental Science, Economics, Social Science etc).
· Demonstrable experience in a similar ESG focused role.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
