Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more.What’s on offer?We wish to complement our existing team with an Estimating Assistant / Estimator, predominantly to service our 10 year engagement with South East Water, however, there will also be opportunity to be involved with other Water Infrastructure Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business.In this role you'll be responsible for:Measure, calculate and record material take off (MTO) quantitiesDevelop and transmit RFQ packagesDevelop relationships with key market suppliers/subcontractorsLearn/develop/train skills in direct cost first principles estimatingParticipate in the identification of tender Risks & OpportunitiesVendor analysis and benchmarking of offers received from suppliers and subcontractors.How you'll connect to the role:Ideally experience as an Estimating Assistant, QS or Construction Site EngineerExperience in pricing or delivering multi-disciplined Water / Waste Water projects – treatment and networks basedFamiliarity with financial and project management principlesGood communication and presentation skillsExperience in using Expert Estimator will be highly regardedAlignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & LeadershipAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
