About the roleAs an integral member of the team you will be a key link in the chain of our service division. You will thrive on the ownership you can bring to this role within the company. You will work with our technicians, suppliers and customers to ensure a seamless transition from the technician's attendance at site to the customer being provided with a quote for works/products required. The customer's satisfaction and the company's reputation throughout the process will be at the forefront of everything you do.

Skills and experienceCreation of customer quotes and emailing out of quotes and invoices using Uptick (training provided)
Ensure quote completion to customer satisfaction within timeframes
Prioritization of quotes from routine to urgent
Effective professional communication and record keeping skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
You will have a can do positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and challenge yourself. You will be assertive but respectful in your interaction with technicians, suppliers and customers in order to get quotes completed and delivered in a timely manner. You will be system orientated, accountable and adaptable, possessing the ability to adjust when needed. You will possess a calm confidence and have the ability to work under pressure.
Skills and experience
- Experience in a similar Quoting/Service Administration role would be advantageous
- Ability to communicate with the various stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent record keeping skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
