We supply and install quality natural stone pavers, with a wide (and growing) range to suit all tastes and styles.

Quoting Specialist - Paving

What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced, diligent and personable Estimator/Quoting Specialist to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will leverage their expertise and knowledge to provide accurate and competitive quotes for our potential clients. 

Additionally, our successful Estimator/Quoting Specialist will be a reliable and trustworthy advisor, offering recommendations and insights to our clients. With transparency at the forefront,  they will provide advice to our clients through a individualised discussion, weighing costs, benefits, maintenance requirements and more — always keeping our clients’ best interest in mind. 

Responsibilities:

• Quoting: Use your industry knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and competitive quotes for our clients. This involves travelling to site, conducting measurements, and comprehensive quoting for every stage of the job, including materials, labor, and delivery. With a keen eye for attention to detail, you will prioritise accuracy at every step of the quoting process. 
• Trusted Advisor: Assume the role of a reliable and trustworthy advisor, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have. Engage in in-depth discussions to offer thoughtful advice and personalised recommendations. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by leveraging your knowledge to guide clients through exploration of their options. Your recommendations and expertise will foster strong relationships with clients, built on trust.

Our ideal candidate:

• Minimum 3 years experience quoting and estimating. 
• An ex-landscaper or installer would be highly desirable.
• Previous experience within the landscaping industry is highly regarded and desirable. 
• Demonstrated proficiency in measurements, quantities and takeoffs. 
• Experience with Xero is required.
• Approachable and committed to providing a great customer experience.  
• Strong time management skills are a must. 
• Current and valid Australian driver's license is a must as you will be driving to-and-from jobs and to the shop.
