Key Responsibilities
- Estimating both private and insurance related vehicles
- Providing timely and accurate estimates to customers and insurance companies
- Ensuring a smooth process from start to finish
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts/store department, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate reporting on the progress of orders by the team.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organising parts and accessories.
- Utilise computer systems and software to accurately track and manage inventory, pricing, and supplier and customer information.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to our Estimators, Workshop and Management Teams regarding parts and accessories, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
What you'll need to bring
- Previous experience in a similar role within the accident repair industry will be highly regarded.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and assessors.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Parts interpreting experience, ideally with strong knowledge of heavy vehicle truck parts, accessories and brands.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills, always approachable, solutions orientated.
- Effective leadership skills, with the ability to lead, support and motivate a team.
- Computer literacy including the ability to learn our computer system (iBodyshop)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Current Forklift Licence (Preferred)
- Ability to work without supervision, follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Can adhere to workplace policies as well as WHS standard
