Join a successful, well-established Insurance Building company that performs repair building work on homes on behalf of many of Australia's largest insurance companies. The group has a proud history in excess of 35 years and it now offers an opportunity for an Insurance BuildingEstimator/Supervisor to join the team, working out of the Richmond office, and on the road in Adelaide and surrounds.
Reporting to the State Construction Manager you will assess jobs to ascertain the cause of damage and scope of work. You will write assessment reports, provide accurate costing information and coordinate and liaise with Trades and the insured regularly to ensure the smooth-running of jobs. You will communicate with insurance companies and manage your time and multi-task effectively.
The successful candidate will have relevant prior experience working in a similar role in the insurance/maintenance/repairs industry. You will be an excellent communicator, have great attention to detail and proven experience in delivering jobs on time and to excellent quality. You will be computer literate and have a current and valid vehicle licence. You are now looking to join a stable business for a long-term opportunity.
