About the Business
Cheeky Drawing has been leading the way in providing very fun memorable Hens Party drawing and art events in Melbourne and Regional Victoria for over 10 years.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Hosting and supervising multiple drawing events in the CBD, inner suburbs or Regional Victoria.
- Start every event by setting up the room with art materials, briefing the guests and conduct a basic art but memorable class.
- Be a trusted contact for the guest and liaise with the group up until the event.
- Be a key liaison with venues and inspecting new venues when required.
- Stay on top of guests needs and handle their requests with ease.
- Follow up with Customers after the event.
- Driving to event locations, with materials and supervising the Life Model.
What we need from you:
- Personality - The successful candidate will have a warm friendly personality, who works well under pressure and enjoys presenting to groups.
- Problem solving and organisational skills - You turn problems into opportunities and have a systematic, organised, calm approach to performing tasks.
- Communication skills - You are a responsible, committed and a punctual communicator.
- Flexibility - Must be available for afternoon work on Saturdays, some early evenings, Sundays, and holidays may be required.
- Great with modern technology.
- Presentation - Take pride in your appearance and place as Brand Ambassador.
- Time Management - Excellent at time management and always know the events on the day and tasks to be completed.
- Ad-hoc duties - Jump into other ad-hoc duties when colleagues need your help.
- Experience - Ideally you have spent 1 year within a venue as a host or come from a hospitality or events background.
What we are offering
Full Training for the position and how to conduct the basic art class.
This is a contractor position and if you prove to be a superstar, you will receive:
$35 per hour + attractive travel bonus.
The potential to earn $70 - $600 on Saturday's during the season.
