About The RoleIn this role, you will lead our sales efforts, utilising your comprehensive experience in corporate client management, strategic lead conversion across multiple channels, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Here’s what the role entails:
- Corporate Client Management: Extensive experience in managing and nurturing corporate client relationships, understanding their unique needs to create bespoke incentive travel solutions.
- Strategic & Analytical Lead Conversion: Utilise a strategic and analytical approach to convert leads across multiple channels, ensuring efficient client acquisition and retention.
- Revenue Achievement: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals, with a keen eye for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise profitability.
- Sales Strategy Design & Implementation: Ability to design and implement a scalable sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Sales Process Optimisation: Continuous iteration and improvement of sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Digital Sales & CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using advanced digital tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator for client prospecting, and HubSpot CRM for managing client relationships and sales pipelines efficiently.
- Sales professionals with extensive experience (5+ years) in the travel, tourism, or events industry, focusing on incentive travel and corporate client management.
- Individuals adept at using digital platforms for sales prospecting, client management, and achieving sales targets, particularly LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM.
- Those with a proven track record in the incentive travel sector, demonstrating success in strategic sales planning and execution.
