- Delivering on channel priorities
- Meeting profit targets
- Developing customer product mix
- Coverage of customers with the required frequency
- Negotiating and selling on shelf positioning and new product ranging
- Activating merchandising activities
- Activating promotional plans with customers
- Ensure compliance of all WHS procedures
- FMCG experience within a multi-channel environment
- Foodservice / Independent Grocery experience advantageous
- A business development mindset by growing both existing and new customer opportunities
- Ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
