The Event Registration Specialist assists in registering meeting attendees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Event Registration Specialist, your role is to do the following:
- Creates shipping labels.
- Creates name badge lists.
- Creates a “Save the Date” document for programs.
- Creates attendee certificates.
- Develop polling websites.
- Helps with evaluation summaries.
- Direct document creation (i.e. welcome booklets, confirmation letters).
- Contact attendees to confirm registration.
- Follows up with emails to attendees.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be technologically savvy.
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent MS Excel usage a must.
- Cvent experience is a plus.
- Event management experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work well within tight deadlines.
