We are seeking an events administrator for our high volume Sports Club & Bar venue with a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of our esteemed Inner City Sports club.

Position Overview: Events Administrator
As the lead of the Clubs Events Management operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of ensuring the seamless operation of all club programs and events.
This role requires an excellent and motivated individual who is a strategic thinker that can balance the demands of being involved with a successful sports club with a focus on events administration, member and community engagement, client satisfaction and continuing to assist in building future events programmes and strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support the Committee’s strategic aims and assist in the delivery of the club's mission and vision.
- Work closely with the club GM to manage the administration of events.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the dedicated team to deliver outstanding events.
- Collaborate with the committee to establish and achieve the club’s cultural, operational and financial aspirations.
What we are looking for:
- Events: Events and or booking administration experience required to deliver outstanding service, and continue to grow the events business.
- Problem Solver: Your ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and make effective decisions is essential.
- Customer Focus: Our members and social guests are the heart of our business. Your commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience will be a driving force behind our success.
- Team Player: Collaboration is key. You'll work closely with the GM, committee, duty bar managers and staff and loyal members to ensure seamless coordination and deliver excellent customer experience services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in events administration within the sports, hospitality or recreation industries.
- Strong organisational and management skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience working with iVvy programme preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for continuing to develop a strong local community presence.
