Form of workNewly renovated Sfera's Park Suites and Convention Centre is a boutique hotel with 22 deluxe modern suites, state of the art function rooms, and Paradiso Cafe & Cocktail Bar.
We are ideally seeking a friendly, experienced, motivated, and customer-focused person to work at our Paradiso Cafe & Cocktail Bar and New function spaces. We also have some admin and event coordination duties that are incorporated in this role, no two days are ever the same!
We are looking for someone with
- High standards of customer service
- Excellent food and beverage service skills
- Basic administration skills
- An ability to supervise and direct staff
- Ability to follow workplace policies
- A passion for Events and customer service
Applicants should be well-presented, reliable, punctual, have strong problem-solving skills, are mature, confident, and have a bubbly personality. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential.
