Your New Role
As the Medical Evidence Generation and Medical Excellence Lead, you'll collaborate closely with the medical team and cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Take the lead in designing and implementing real-world evidence (RWE) projects aligned with our business strategy, overseeing sponsored studies, and managing local investigator-initiated sponsored research (IISR).
In your role as the Medical Excellence Lead, you'll actively support local and global medical affairs teams, driving Medical Excellence through strategic initiatives, customer engagement, and capability building.
Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the local Medical Excellence strategy in tandem with our global Medical Excellence team.
• Provide hands-on support and coaching for in-field Medical Excellence while maintaining the medical CRM systems in collaboration with data and business insights teams.
• Strengthen and integrate insight Generation and management processes across Medical Affairs, overseeing resources and budget allocation for Medical Excellence.
• Contribute to the development of therapeutic area-specific MSL scientific engagement plans aligned with medical plans.
• Drive capabilities to capture and share in-field insights supporting brand, medical, and scientific strategy.
• Participate in internal project teams, collecting external insights for innovation and future enhancements.
• Oversee sponsored studies in medical affairs, providing support and coordination for IISRs.
• Ensure all scientific-medical communications are fair, balanced, evidence-based, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Maintain compliance of all activities with applicable laws and regulations.

Your Skills and Experience

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) or medical postgraduate (MD) is advantageous.
• Possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Demonstrate practical experience in conducting RWE studies across diverse settings.
• Understand Medical Affairs, regulatory environments, and legal considerations.
• Deep knowledge of medical field engagements, capability building, team development, and coaching.
• Ability to navigate complex situations, engage with diverse stakeholders, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
