Our Load & Haul department are seeking to strengthen their team with experienced, safety focused & dedicated Excavator Operators who will support the mining team and business operation.
The Role
Working on a 2:1 roster and reporting to the Team Lead Mining, the successful applicants will be required to:
- Operate PC 1250 & CAT 6020 Excavators in a production mining environment.
- Operate equipment safely in line with ConsMin policies and procedures as well as advocating safe working practices in your crew.
- Loading Dump Trucks, maintain benches, run pit, keep a clean level floor,
- Show high levels of teamwork by liaising with other mining personnel to ensure ConsMin achieve production targets.
- Permanent role
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current HR drivers’ license.
- National Police Clearance (No older than 6 months)
- Strong focus on safety and commitment to following company policy and procedures.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Willingness to train, improve and add knowledge to the team.
