ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin with local, DIDO and FIFO opportunities available.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
In this role you will be working as an Excavator Operator on a coal mine based in the Moranbah/Dysart region. These roles are within the production department where you will be operating a minimum 5600 Excavator.
You will be working a 7/7 Roster, 12.5hr days, rotating D/N shifts with super paid ON TOP of all hours.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Previous experience operating Excavators within a production coal mine environment
- Current S11 & Coal Board Medical, or be willing to obtain
- SSE signed skills list/training transcript
- Current Driver's Licence
- A willingness to work rotating rosters
- Ability to contribute and work positively in a team environment
- Sound Work History
