Form of workWe are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join the team and contribute to various excavation projects. The successful candidate will operate 7-ton, 13 ton, and 21 ton excavators, engaging in structural work, pipe laying, trenching, bulk earthworks, and final trim tasks. This role requires an all-rounder with experience across multiple excavation disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:Operate excavators of various sizes (7-ton, 13-ton, 21 ton) proficiently and safely. Engage in structural work and laying of pipes as required for different projects. Perform trenching, bulk earthworks, and final trim tasks with precision and expertise.
Utilise experience in final trim to achieve high-quality results in excavation projects. Demonstrate versatility by effectively handling different excavation tasks. Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Undertake labouring duties as needed to support the overall project requirements. Qualifications and Experience:Valid HR license is preferred; exceptional Excavator operators may be considered without HR licence. Verification of Competency ticket for excavator operation is essential.
Possession of a White Card indicating compliance with construction safety standards. Proven experience in trenching, bulk earthworks, final trim, and various excavation works. Ability to operate 7-ton, 13- ton, and 21-ton excavators proficiently.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in excavation.
