Roster 3/1 Roster

Long Duration Works.

Operators/Labourers with HR licenses, Confined Space, Working at Heights, Gas Detection tickets would be preferred.

LAFHA 

Travel paid 4hrs each way.

Excavator Operator's Flat rate is $50 to $60 per hour + LAFHA depending on experience.

Labourer Flat Rate $45 to $50 per hour + LAFHA

Excavator Operator Role:

• Must have experience in shaft excavations, bell holes, trenching, and using trench boxes. 
• Preparation and finishing of the site.
• Accommodation and Travel are provided.
• Must be willing to labour and assist on the grounds as part of a team when required.
• Conduct daily prestart and inspections to ensure machinery efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting high standards.
• Ability to show initiative and take pride in your work.

Labourer Role:

• Must have a confined space ticket or be willing to get one immediately.
• Must have a Working at Heights ticket or be willing to get it immediately.
• Must have a Gas Detection Ticket or be willing to get it immediately.
• A holder of a current HR License would be preferred.
• Must have experience working around live plants and machinery.
• Must be physically fit and able to work 10 to 11-hour days. 
• Must be willing to work in a team environment and ability to get on well with others.
