About the Role:
As a Registered or Graduate Nurse with us, you'll play a pivotal role in providing person-centred care to the residents. From palliative care to dementia support, you'll utilise your nursing skills to make a real difference in the lives of those they serve. This role offers a higher level of responsibility, including administrative duties such as leadership, support, and education to other team members.
What we're looking for:
If you're passionate about making a difference and enhancing the lives of aged care residents, then this is the role for you! We're seeking individuals who
hold current AHPRA registration and;
ideally have experience in residential aged care or home care;
experience with dementia care and palliative care support is desired, along with proficiency in decision-making and problem-solving.
