Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacists to join our clients dynamic healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving patient health through the safe and effective use of medications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dispensing prescription medications to patients and offering expertise in the safe use of prescriptions.
- Counselling patients on medication use, potential side effects, and therapeutic effects.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, review, and evaluate patient effectiveness.
- Ensuring medication availability by delivering, restocking, and inventorying pharmaceutical stock.
- Maintaining pharmacological knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to make decisions in the best interest of the patient.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to healthcare.
