About You:- Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Organizational Change Manager, specializing in driving process/technology-driven transformations.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and leading change/transformation initiatives for major technology programs across diverse organizational structures.
- Exhibit a collaborative spirit, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from ELT to frontline personnel.
- Showcase success in navigating change within large, complex corporate environments.
- Proficient in PROSCI or similar change management methodologies.
- Aptitude in formulating and executing comprehensive change management lifecycle strategies, from risk assessment to post-implementation evaluation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with adept relationship-building abilities.
- Display analytical prowess and flexibility in problem-solving.
- Capable of thriving both autonomously and as an integral team member.
- Experience in overseeing change management teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies

- Crafting a cohesive change management methodology tailored for ICT-led projects, prioritizing user experience while ensuring consistency across all initiatives. Actively incorporating stakeholder feedback to amplify the influence of ICT endeavors within the company.
- Collaborating closely with the ICT Leadership Team, Program, and Project Managers to design robust ICT Change strategies. This involves navigating shifts in work methodologies and business processes to uplift impacted business units effectively.
- Establishing dynamic communication channels to engage stakeholders and end-users in meaningful dialogues about ICT initiatives. Harnessing end-user feedback to refine and optimize project outcomes.
- Developing a holistic view of ICT programs by aligning stakeholders with project milestones for annual planning. Overseeing change management activities to demonstrate tangible benefits across the organization.
- Evaluating the efficacy of ICT Projects and Programs from a stakeholder perspective, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement
$900 per day inc. super + GST
