As the executive chef, you will be overseeing the entire kitchen operations across approachable fine dining 60 seater, bar bites, cafe, breakfast and room service. With a focus on the being the best hotel in town, our client realises that the food offering must be on point to achieve this. We are seeking an established and creative chef that will be able to build the reputation of the cuisine, as well as the culture of the venue.

• Previous Experience in a multi outlet, diverse venue in an executive/ head chef capacity * Abilities to work to and achieve budgets in a multi outlet setting * Are a creative individual that is current and on trend and will bring a passion and are able to think outside the box * Have a great mentor management style.
