An incredible opportunity has arisen for an exceptional real estate professional to join the team of leading Sales Agents, Daniel Blagg and Nahid Coventry. You'd be joining one of the industry’s highest performing teams in their local market.
About the role:
- Provide executive administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing, sales activity, and auction preparation processes.
- You'll provide professional communication to clients ensuring a positive end to end sales experience.
- Database management including CRM, calendar & diary management.
- Assist with the exchange & settlement process.
- Project manage the preparation of properties for market including liaising with and organising trades.
- Attend photo shoots, buyer inspections and other property related inspections from time to time; some of Sydney's most prestigious properties.
- Co-ordinate, track, and report on team KPI's and goals.
- Management of team meetings and preparation of the agenda.
- Executive assistant tasks in order to free up Daniel and Nahid’s time.
About you:
- The ability to work proactively within a team and independently.
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate license
- Driver’s licence and motor vehicle are essential.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to solve challenges on the go, adapt to changing priorities, follow checklists, company systems & procedures.
- Attention to detail and high organisation skills.
