What you'll do

The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for providing professional, comprehensive executive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer (CCMO) to ensure that operations run efficiently. Key accountabilities include:

  • Preparing high-quality documents such as board reports, letters, reports and presentations.
  • Effective management of the CCMO's calendar in relation to scheduled meetings and appointments.
  • Travel coordination and management for the CCMO.
  • Acting as a central point of contact between the CCMO and internal/external clients and stakeholders.
  • Preparing and distributing agendas, attending various meetings, and taking and distributing minutes/actions for meetings and follow up as required.
  • Overflow administration tasks for the wider Customer and Marketing team (as and when required).

What you'll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role where you have provided a high-level of administrative assistance and support to senior executives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise discretion, tact, and judgement.
  • Experience in managing and resolving conflicting demands including review of work priorities and rescheduling meetings and appointments as required in consultation with affected stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and networks.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment, upholding confidentiality, and discretion always.
  • High level of proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ensuring customer focus with strong skills in listening, understanding and empathy.
  • Strong initiative in recognising what's required next and delivering.
  • Ability to quickly distil large volumes of information into simple communications.
