We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Director of Operations and Operations team. The successful candidate will provide a high level of administrative support and will often act as a point of contact for the Director of Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing communications on behalf of the Director of Operations to the Leadership teams and Executive teams and wider business
- Handel confidential information with discretion
- Acting as a point of contact for internal/external customers and redirecting enquiries where necessary
- Triaging core communications and meeting requests to ensure the time of those supported is optimized
- Organizing and Planning meetings
- Efficient diary management of the director
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements
- Conducting and preparing research that the Director may require
- Aiding team members and other leaders across the business where required or requested
- Assisting with the team to organize events within the department
Qualifications:
- Experience with computer systems, including internal systems and Microsoft systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong understanding of the business in detail with be highly regarded
