We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Director of Operations and Operations team. The successful candidate will provide a high level of administrative support and will often act as a point of contact for the Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing communications on behalf of the Director of Operations to the Leadership teams and Executive teams and wider business
  • Handel confidential information with discretion
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal/external customers and redirecting enquiries where necessary
  • Triaging core communications and meeting requests to ensure the time of those supported is optimized
  • Organizing and Planning meetings
  • Efficient diary management of the director
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements
  • Conducting and preparing research that the Director may require
  • Aiding team members and other leaders across the business where required or requested
  • Assisting with the team to organize events within the department

Qualifications:

  • Experience with computer systems, including internal systems and Microsoft systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of the business in detail with be highly regarded
