The Role:
This is an Agent situated amongst the top performers of a large franchise group. Monday – Friday, we are seeking a switched-on individual to slot into this fast-paced environment. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of this busy agent
  • Email, appointment, and diary management
  • Handling all aspects of sales administration including managing exchanges and settlements 
  • Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding
  • Preparing and attending proposals, presentations, and auctions
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
  • Preparing Marketing Material   
The Candidate:
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is highly desirable 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
  • The ability to work proactively and independently
  • A team player who is willing to offer support where needed
  • Immaculate personal presentation
