Belmont Private Hospital is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Executive Assistants who are interested in this exciting career opportunity.
We are looking for someone who is extremely proactive, highly capable and has a strong attention to detail. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills plus the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. You must maintain the utmost levels of discretion and confidentiality with respect to sensitive matters. Any previous experience working in a hospital environment will be advantageous.
This position is responsible for providing supporting the Hospital’s CEO and Leadership Team in all aspects of office administration including:
- Complex diary management for the CEO and Director of Clinical Services
- Scheduling and secretariat for all committee and departmental meetings including agenda development, minute taking and tracking of actions
- Human Resources Administration: on-boarding and off-boarding employees including preparation of employment contracts and facilitating payroll documentation
- Development and dissemination of internal and external communications
- Credentialing of Visiting Medical Officers
- Document Management, and
- Ensuring the hospital’s administrative procedures comply with quality and accreditation requirements.
Job Competencies Required
- Demonstrated experience as a C Suite Executive Assistant (minimum of 5 years’ experience)
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and extensive office management experience
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Office Administration/Business
- Experience in credentialing of doctors and HR administration would be advantageous

Vaccination Preventable Disease
It is a condition of employment for all employees to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment:
- COVID-19
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Varicella (chicken pox)
- Pertussis (whooping cough)
- Hepatitis B
- You must be able to provide serology (blood test) evidence for the above mentioned vaccinations
- Please note you are not susceptible to the VPD's listed in the role description
