We are currently on the hunt for an experienced  Executive Assistant  to join us in Brisbane to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and his leadership team where you will be the mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor/respond/distribute all incoming correspondence.
  • Prepare outgoing correspondence, communications, and presentations.
  • Filter all written/electronic correspondence to the appropriate person within the organisation.

About You

As the confidante to our CFO, you'll be the one ensuring their day runs smoother than a perfectly balanced spreadsheet. From scheduling their calendar to managing their inbox, you'll be the backbone of the CFO office.

But it's not just about keeping things running smoothly. We're looking for someone with a sharp wit and a knack for navigating complex situations with ease. Whether it's drafting a concise email or handling sensitive information with discretion, your professionalism and charm will be invaluable.
