THE EXECUTIVE CHEF

We are looking for Executive Chefs who are on the rise and ooze ambition or an experienced Executive Chef who will excel in building something new shiny and refreshing. That is looking to build on existing food industry accolades. You will be passionate and focused on sourcing local produce, drive for industry awards a must, and thrive on telling a culinary story that entices everyone back for more.

THE ROLE

As the Executive Chef, you will be required to oversee the operation of all kitchens and function rooms.  This position will have the responsibility to take the helm supervising and administering all phases of the open kitchen operation and facilitating the achievement of the objectives of the overall Food & Beverage team that will be newly created and handpicked with your leadership.

To be successful you will require: 

• Previous experience in a similar Executive Chef position possibly throughout Australia, Asia and Europe would be highly desired.
• Be able to manage food and labour costs
• Drive Revenue
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace
• Be experienced in writing and costing bespoke menus with signature dishes
• Deliver high-quality food presentation
• Motivated with strong leadership skills and enjoy being front of house with clients to build rapport and long-lasting relationships
• Effective leader, mentor, coach, with a passion to train and develop your team
• Highly developed interpersonal / communication skills

We are open to Exec Chefs and families that require a visa transfer within Australia currently residing in another state wanting to make the lifestyle move to Perth or a new Exec Chef family wanting to migrate to Perth Australia.
