Executive Sous Chef

Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough We are looking for a Chef that has the culinary know-how to run a large-scale Hotel operations with a strong background in both conferencing and à la carte service. You will be in charge of the day-to-day operation of the entire kitchen operations with direct report to the Executive Chef.
