Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Leadership: Lead and inspire the kitchen teams across all venues to consistently deliver high-quality, creative, and innovative culinary offerings that align with our brand.
Menu Development: Create and curate menus that showcase a commitment to quality ingredients, seasonal offerings, and unique dining experiences, reflecting both modern and traditional culinary trends.
Operational Excellence: Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control measures.
Staff Development: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, nurturing the growth and development of kitchen staff. Provide training and guidance to enhance skills and maintain high standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional overall guest experience. Collaborate with management on special events and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environments.
