WHAT - Experience and competency I have
- Formal qualifications in management, technical cookery, tertiary qualifications
- Experience of at least four years as an Executive Chef

- Responsible for the day-to-day running of all chefs and kitchen hands assigned shift
- Liaise with F&B and Marketing to create appropriate menu’s and pricing regimes which meet target audiences
- Responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are maintained in the preparation of food
- Responsible for cost control
- Responsible for wastage management
- Ensure stock levels are managed and secured to enhance quality, quantity and shelf life
- Build supplier relations to obtain best price and quality of food products
- Knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
