Central Regional TAFE has established this exciting new executive leadership role, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to provide strategic leadership to help shape the organisation and lead the design and provision of services that will ensure the College delivers the training and skills needed by the workforce of the future.
We have a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join our wonderful team on a 5-year Senior Executive Service (SES) vacancy located at either Geraldton, Kalgoorlie or Northam campus and will be negotiated with the successful applicant with an anticipated start date of 15 April 2024 (again, can be negotiated with the successful applicant – earlier or later).
Executive Director Capability and Client Experience
The Executive Director Capability and Client Experience leads and is accountable for the development and delivery of strategies that enhance all aspects of client services for the College. including the development and implementation of innovative, forward thinking business Capability and services to support the College’s operational environment and the core business of training. Participates as a member of the College Corporate Executive, champions the vision and values of the College and contributes to the development, implementation and achievement of strategic objectives and outcomes.
