About the Opportunity:
As a key member of the Wagners leadership team, you will direct Wagners' Composite Fibre Technologies (CFT) division, reporting to the Managing Director. Your vision will influence Wagners operations across Australia and the USA, crafting strategies for growth and efficiency.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be based in Wellcamp/Toowoomba, though there is the option for flexibility for the right candidate. Your work time will be split between Australia and the USA (Wagners' US operations are based in Texas). Wagners is willing to discuss a relocation allowance should the preferred candidate currently live outside of Toowoomba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead the CFT division.
- Lead the development and implementation of effective strategies and processes, for the continued growth of the CFT business into both local and international markets.
- Ensure the CFT business meets the sales and EBIT targets set in the budget.
- Manage financial aspects, including balance sheets and P&L.
- Drive business development and sales, particularly in the USA.
About You:
- Experience in financial and business management (5+ years).
- Strong background in manufacturing (10+ years), with a focus on productivity.
- Proven leadership skills, especially in coaching and team development.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various corporate levels.
