Role can be located in Melbourne, Wollongong or Sydney
Running and optimizing the Advisory Services function for Novigi. The Novigi strategy is built
around the delivery of a high quality and commercially effective ‘projects’ business which leads
clients to seek ongoing support from Novigi in the form of Technical Support Services (Managed
Services) and Novigi Technology licenses. This role will report to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
and work closely with executives, the growth function and other experience teams to effectively
sell, deliver and continually improve the ‘project’ work for Novigi.
The role will involve managing and developing a number of capability areas including Consulting,
Project Services, Analytics & Design and Data & Analytics Services. These groups will collaborate
with each other, but also with the Engineering and Technical Support teams to deliver great
outcomes for client across a range of different data and technology engagements.
The role requires someone who can collaborate, promote, and encourage diverse thought and
who creates an inclusive working environment where teams are engaged and high performing.

The GM Advisory Services is responsible for:
Capability and Capacity Management and Uplift
Directly manage a team of senior professionals who will either operate as people
leaders of a distinct capability area (Portfolio Leads) or as high value delivery
General Manager Advisory Services
resources taking on the most important and complex engagements (Principal
Consultants)
Work closely with Portfolio Leads to develop capability in each of their given areas to
ensure client outcomes are high quality and projects are delivered efficiently and to
meet future demand.
Work closely with the Commercial Team and CXO to ensure work pipeline and delivery
capacity is well understood and planned ahead to maximise commercial outcomes
and utilisation of resources.
Strategic and Commercial Contribution
Develop and recommend business plans to implement to achieve the three-year
strategy for Executive consideration.
Maintain awareness of the business, economic and political environment, and any
affects.
Research and identify any growth opportunities.
Engage with Novigi’s Growth team to contribute to the definition and promotion of
Advisory propositions which can be promoted to generate commercial opportunities.
As required, get involved in initiatives to develop new propositions, products and
partnerships which help Novigi achieve its strategic goals.
Work closely with the Commercial team to develop and close new project work. This
will involve attending client meetings, doing client presentations, and preparing client
proposals with scope, deliverables, and effort estimates.
Through client interactions, and broader industry connections, generate potential
opportunities for the commercial team to develop.
Internal Collaboration and Innovation
Build strong working relationships with the GMs of Engineering and Technical Support
Services to ensure aligned delivery of all aspects of the Novigi value proposition
(Design, Govern, Build, Run)
Work closely with the Growth/Commercial teams to ensure that the Advisory activities
contribute to both Project and Recurring revenue objectives of the Novigi Strategy
Required Skills and Experience
• 10+ years in Professional Services provision
• Experience of multi-layered team leadership and people management skills
• Executive level presentation and influencing experience
• Experience of delivering data and technology transformation projects/programs
• Strong decision- making capabilities
