Position Profile: We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced and enthusiastic person to the position of Executive Liaison Officer. The position works as part of a team to provide Executive Liaison and support for the WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Chief Executive (CE) and Executive.
The Executive Liaison Officer supports and provides an efficient and effective administrative and information systems for the Office of the CE, undertakes confidential liaison duties between the CE, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Office of the Director General and other agencies and key stakeholders, and monitors and exercises judgement in the administration of complex matters.
This critical position provides comprehensive and efficient management of the correspondence functions within the Office of the Chief Executive, including reviewing and editing draft correspondence, ministerial information and responses, briefing notes and answers to parliamentary questions, requesting responses to correspondence, briefing notes and parliamentary questions be amended or redrafted when required, and providing advice and education regarding all matters relevant to correspondence (including Ministerial and Parliamentary correspondence).
Experience in managing ministerial and parliamentary liaison processes would be highly regarded.
