The team will defined the target state for E&S data, and work across the Group to deliver it.This function sits within the Group’s Environmental & Social team who is focused on building a brighter future for all embedding environmental and social matters into our strategy and focusing on sustainable practices, policies and outcomes.As
Executive Manager, Environmental & Social data, you would lead a small team while working closely with the Group’s broader E&S team, to define and deliver an E&S data strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity to define industry-leading standards for environmental and social data, and build a solution to support the capture and enrichment of data.
Key responsibilities- Define target state for environmental data across CBA Group
- Establish group wide roadmaps to support implementation of data strategy and solution requirements
- Work closely with technology teams and stakeholders to develop architecture solutions, evolve sourcing approaches for data, and deliver the plan to realise the environmental & social data target state
- Collaborating across the Group to influence senior leaders and drive prioritisation
- Understand CBA’s data systems, planning and prioritisation
- Key activities to support enhancements across the end to end control environment
- Lead a cross-functional team with representatives from technology, data, business units and support functions
We’re interested in hearing from people who have
- Confidence in working in an ambiguous environment to co design solutions to target state
- Demonstrated experience in delivering group-wide change, including strong project management skills with ability to execute to deadlines
- Previous experience with data management implementation (DMI) frameworks and knowledge of existing CBA systems / data will be highly regarded
- Experience in similar projects of uplifting data processes while driving automation and stronger controls
- Strong interest in and knowledge of climate related data and, frameworks would be a nice to have
- Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to interact at the executive management level, including the ability to negotiate and persuade to influence change
- A proven ability to build effective relationships with a proven track record in collaborating, influencing and driving outcomes with key stakeholders.
